When I started Vast Strategies back in 2019, I knew I wanted to help small business owners.
Over the years, I’ve met so many incredible people who are truly great at what they do. They care about their clients, they work hard, and they’ve built something meaningful. But more often than not, they feel stuck when it comes to marketing, sales, or their website.
Not because they’re not capable.
And not because they’re not trying.
But because so many marketing solutions are expensive. Not everyone can afford to spend thousands of dollars every month on advertising.
I’ve always believed you shouldn’t have to wait until you have a big budget to make an impact.
So, We Added More To Our Offerings
A lot of our clients don’t have the budget for a full agency right away, and depending on their offerings and industry, they don’t always need one.
What they really need is someone to talk things through with, help them see things clearly, and give them a plan they can manage on their own.
That’s why we offer consultations.
These are meant to be practical. We start with a conversation, we never want our clients to feel overwhelmed or think the process is overly complicated.
You don’t have to spend a lot of time preparing for our sessions, either. Just come as you are with what you have, share what you’re working through, and walk us through your biggest challenges right now.

A La Carte Power Hour
$350 | 1 Hour | Zoom
This is perfect if you feel stuck on something specific. It may be your messaging, your sales process isn’t converting, or your website flow. Maybe you're not sure what to do, and you just need some help thinking through your next move. We’ll spend the hour getting to the root of what’s going on, and we’ll help you map out what to do next.
Afterward, you'll receive a follow-up email with everything we discussed and the action steps that you can start applying right away.

This is for people who know they need a plan but may not know where to start. In the first session, we really dig into your business, what you’ve been doing, what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go. Then we take time behind the scenes to think through everything and build out a strategy specifically for you.
In our second session, we walk through it together, so you can leave with a clear plan and a firm direction.

We can use the time however you need it, whether that’s content ideas, sales strategy, networking, messaging, or just talking through what’s next. We're always thinking about your business in between sessions, too. So when we meet again, we come prepared with ideas that can really move things forward.

We will help you map out what to share, how to stay consistent, and give you simple best practices so social media feels manageable instead of stressful. This is all done on a recorded Zoom training so you can go back and reference it.
