When Team Via of Fairway Home Mortgage reached out to Vast Strategies, they wanted a website and brand that reflected the warmth, integrity, and professionalism of their team. From the very first meeting, it was clear how much they cared about their clients and community. We wanted their online presence to reflect that same energy. We worked with their compliance department to ensure that every part of their new website met regulatory requirements. Brand Design
Team Via’s brand needed to feel personal and inviting while staying true to Fairway’s established identity standards. We incorporated Leanne's favorite color (purple) and balanced it with Fairway’s recognizable greens to maintain compliance. The result is a cohesive and elevated look that blends individuality with professionalism. Our team also captured the photography used across the website, highlighting Team Via’s authenticity and the sense of ease they bring to every client interaction.
Website Design
We handled every part of the web design process to ensure the final product felt polished, intuitive, and fully aligned with the Fairway brand. We wrote all the content in-house, carefully balancing mortgage expertise with approachable, SEO-optimized language to help potential clients connect easily and find answers fast. The layout emphasizes both clarity and connection, featuring team highlights, helpful resources, and a news page designed to showcase their ongoing success stories and community involvement.
Website Training
As with all our projects, we provided a one-hour, recorded Zoom training session to walk Team Via through every feature of their site. This allows them to make updates independently especially on their News page (which supports ongoing SEO growth). Though we built the site for flexibility, our partnership continues after launch. We continue to support Team Via with ongoing guidance, ensuring their site stays fresh, functional, and aligned with their growing business.
